To Inspire Service in the Public Interest

The Norfolk Alumni Chapter, through its dedicated social action program, actively advances voter registration, the Adopt-a-Spot Clean Up initiative, participation in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, and volunteering for the Salvation Army Ring the Bell campaign. These efforts are all aligned with the Fraternity's 5th objective, 'To Inspire Service In The Public Interest.'

In line with the principles of civic education, the Chapter's initiatives not only aim to foster responsible citizenship by encouraging thoughtful engagement with public issues but also promote active citizenship through hands-on involvement in community action. By combining critical reflection with tangible service, the Chapter empowers members to become informed, engaged citizens who actively contribute to the betterment of their communities.
